Employment Transfer Addendum

The employment transfer addendum allows a resident to prematurely terminate the lease agreement with 30 days written notice and forfeiture of the security deposit when the resident has been transferred to a location that is in excess of 50 miles from his/her original job as stated on the application. The security deposit at the time of move-in must be equivalent to a full months rent.
