This service allows
residents to have a “smooth move” from one
Morgan Properties community to another, or from
one Morgan Properties apartment to another
apartment in the same community.
If residents wish to move to another Morgan
Properties community during their lease term,
they must give a 30-day written notice to the
present community. The resident’s current unit
must also be inspected prior to approval. A
reservation fee of $100 will be required at the
new community. This fee is non-refundable, but
will be applied to the first month’s rent. This
reservation fee is non-refundable after 72
hours.
Residents who wish to transfer must be
re-qualified at the new community (acceptance is
not automatic), and any applicable pet fees or
deposits will be charged. The resident will not
have to pay any early termination fees at the
originating community. |
