Income Qualifications
To qualify for a workforce housing apartment home, your total annual household income must fall at or below the applicable Area Median Income (AMI) limit based on your household size.

Required Documentation
The following original documents are required before your application can be processed and again during annual recertification:
- Valid passport, driver's license, or government-issued identification for each household member age 18 or older.
- Two consecutive months of pay stubs. Bonus and overtime income will be included in the income calculation.
- Award letter or verification for Social Security benefits, SSI, pension income, child support, or other income sources.
- Asset documentation:
- Total assets under $50,000: Self-certification/attestation is acceptable.
- Total assets over $50,000: Two recent bank statements are required.
- Households consisting entirely of full-time students are not eligible unless a qualifying student exception applies.
Workforce housing lease terms are 12 months.
Important Information
Homes are subject to income and eligibility requirements and other program restrictions. Residents must complete an annual income recertification to maintain eligibility.
