DEI Professional Development Training for Managers
Professional Development opportunities at local, regional, and national conferences, such as PA Conference for Women, NAA, and SHRM Annual Diversity Summit
Established a DEI Council in 2022, made up of a group of multi-cultural, cross-functional employees with a diverse mix of backgrounds from across our geographical footprint and all levels of the organization.
Culture Conversations offer employees monthly webinars focused on a variety of topics suggested by our employees, for our employees on topics such as Disability Awareness, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, Veterans Support, Employee Mental Health and Wellness, Black History and Women’s History.
Culture Corner, our intranet page dedicated to DEI, provides employees with a way to reach out to their DEI Council members with suggestions and feedback around culture and inclusivity.
